Simple Woman's Daybook 7-15-2013

Outside my window...

It's raining. Which means that I don't have to find the hose and water the yard. Yay!

I am thinking...

That I ought to upload the pictures from my camera so I can post some on here, and show y'all some of where we've been.

I am thankful...

For a family who loves and misses me when I'm not there.

In the kitchen...
I'm thinking about making dinner... Maybe some cheese and broccoli dip?

I am wearing...

A short-sleeved plaid shirt tied at the waist, over a white shirt, with a pair of comfortable jeans.

I am wondering...

What YHWH has planned for my life.

I am reading...

The book of Acts. I recently finished Revolution in Missions by K.P. Yohannan. I don't have another book chosen yet.

I am learning...

To trust my dreams to YHWH, and to serve those around me joyfully.

Around the house...
Listening to Rico Cortez talk about the book of Acts on www.wisdomintorah.com

A favorite quote for today...
"‘But rise up, and stand on your feet, for I have appeared to you for this purpose, to appoint you a servant and a witness both of what you saw and of those which I shall reveal to you, delivering you from the people, and the gentiles, to whom I now send you, to open their eyes, to turn them from darkness to light, and the authority of Satan to Elohim, in order for them to receive forgiveness of sins and an inheritance among those who are set-apart by belief in Me.’"        Acts 26:16-18
One of my favorite things...

I have discovered that I really like Trader Joe's Peppermint Hot Chocolate Powder in my coffee.

A peek into my day...
It's been a slow day. My sister and I have been visiting family. So last week was fairly busy. We helped with a couple of two-day conferences, as well; and while it was really encouraging to go and we knew we were supposed to be there, it takes a lot of energy. So, today we've just been resting and reading. We plan on taking things easy this week.
